There is certainly plenty to talk about, like the recent drop-off in U.S. Stock Markets or 5 planets circling a star 41 light years from here, but instead let's direct our attention to Pakistan.
Amid a massive protest rally on November 9th in Pakistan, former Prime Minister (and, mind you, current opposition leader) Benazir Bhutto was detained because of an apparent "credible terrorist threat" against her life. It just so happens that on the day of a massive protest rally, there was "credible evidence she could have been the target of a terrorist attack during the rally." Apparently, she must live in a castle in the sky for terrorists to not attack her on any other day. How could terrorists attack her when they can't even reach her?
It seems to me that discussing any issues relating to economics and Pakistan at this point are completely secondary.
